• An article describing Process Maturity's Effect on Effort using the COCOMO II Cost Model is descibed in the paper Effects of Process Maturity on Development Effort. The paper takes the results of the research reported in the Dissertation below and extends it using analysis from the COCOMO II model and additional data. It is being submitted for publication.
