team developing the software project. The ratings are defined in terms of
the project team's equivalent duration of experience with the programming
language to be used.
- Very Low: <= 1 month experience.
- Low: 4 months of experience.
- Nominal: 1 year of experience.
- High: 3 years of experience.
- Very High: No rating - defaults to High.
- Extra High: No rating - defaults to High.
