Theme: Costing and Scheduling for Systems of Systems

The theme of this year's Forum is costing and scheduling for systems of systems.  We solicit papers that explore the integration of and interactions between cost, schedule, functionality, and performance of systems of systems.  Example topics include overall systems of systems estimation models; lead system integrator estimation models; parametric, event-based, and dynamic-based systems of systems estimation models; tradeoff models between architecting and integrating systems of systems; and integration sizing. 

Related Forum topics include extending and integrating models for aspects such as size estimation, agile methods, systems engineering, value-based approaches, facets of quality such as software dependability, etc. We would like to encourage submissions in these and other software estimation related areas as well.  As in recent years, the Forum will be complemented by a USC Affiliates' workshop on the theme tipic. The overall schedule is listed below.
