The table below lists COCOMO software tools and documentations provided by USC-CSSE. Various USC software implementations of COCOMO II and COCOMO 81 have been developed by graduate student programming teams under the leadership of Dr. Ellis Horowitz. The tool is available for Unix, Microsoft Windows, and Java-enabled environments. The program files download in compressed format and need to be unzipped with the appropriate utility.

COCOMO II.1999.0 software in SunOS 4.x and 5.x and Windows 95/98/Windows NT/XP This release provides an implementation of COCOMO II Post-Architecture and Early Design models. Similar to COCOMO II.1998.0 release, the Post-Architecture model in this release was calibrated using a Bayesian statistical approach on 161 data points.	1999
