NOTE: This course is equivalent to first 1/2 of CS665 "Advanced Software
Engineering Project"

Overview

The course offering overlaps a Professional Development format offering
of PPMP. The course will use IITV for Lectures, Exercises (ALL started
in class), Office-Hours and Project Discussion. As a result there is much
less work to do outside of class than normal. See Overview for details
for now.
The course will meet WF 9:00-1:00, June 30 to August 9, 1999.

Individual Software Engineering Project planning, design, implementation
and delivery. This semester's projects will involve system testing of a
CSE product.

Weekly Project Status Report and/or PWP/PPMP or PSP-data (for project planning
and "programming" or software engineering activities, respectively).

Directed Study Add-on
One or two units of directed study credit may be applied for to cover
effort on projects which is expecected to exceed the normal software engineering
project assignments (one credit, or 4hours per week for 15 weeks [=60 hours
until the end of the semester]).
