COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT


The software you are developing in USC Computer Science courses 577ab and 665 involves the use of software tools and components copyrighted by the USC Center for Software Engineering. The intent of the Center's copyright is not to prohibit people from developing commercial products based on the tools and components, but to ensure that all interested parties have an equal opportunity to do so.

The Center also applies this copyright approach to copyright in the name of USC all software developed in the CS 577ab and 665 courses. Please sign a copy of this agreement below to acknowledge that you are aware of this condition and agree to it, and keep a copy for your records.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
