To get a Rational Rose license please access the link below. It will take you to a form with the information you need to submit. Keep in mind that a license generated for one machine can not be used in a different one. So please make sure you provide the hostname and the host id for the machine you will be running Rational Rose (there is a tool available in the webpage called hostinfo.exe that will give to you your hostname and a hostid).
