Teams and Projects
Instructions
Please submit only one form per team: i.e., have only one team member (e.g., the team leader) submit the form
If multiple form submittals occur, the last one will be taken into consideration
Fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required
Invalid entries (e.g., invalid student names) will disqualify the entire form
Also, make sure that you are not entering the name of a student who already belongs to another team
Team Members and Roles
Please enter the following information for the members of your team. Note that:
You will NOT be able to submit the form, until you provide
at least 4 team members
.
There are at least seven different roles. The work loads of the different roles are neither equal nor evenly distributed over the Construction and Transition phases.
You HAVE to provide a Primary Role of each team member, and optionally the Secondary Role and Tertiary Role depending on the workload the team members will have. Only the "detailed design, programming and unit testing" role should probably not have any additional roles assigned. You should indicate the Secondary Roles and Tertiary Roles so that ALL the roles are adequately accounted for, especially for complete teams (i.e., those with five memebers).
The roles you specify now may have to be adjusted during the completion of the Elaboration phase (at RLCA ARB). They may also have to change during Construction phase due to exigent circumstances.
We need the Primary Role information, when we are trying to "complete" the teams: e.g., if a team consists now of only 4 members, and we want to try to find someone who would join the team.

your team would like to work on, by order of preference. Note that:
Projects may be assigned on a
first come, first serve
basis but primary consideration will be given to teams with a high numbers of teammates who also work on the project during the first semester. In any case the assignments are subject to the instructional staffs discretion.
Therefore, not every team will get its first choice.
Complete teams (i.e., 4 members) will have priority over incomplete teams
