Teams and Projects

Please submit only one form per team: i.e., have only one team member (e.g., the team leader) submit the form
If multiple form submittals occur, the last one will be taken into consideration
Fields indicated with an asterisk (*) are required
Invalid entries (e.g., invalid student names) will disqualify the entire form
Also, make sure that you are not entering the name of a student who already belongs to another team

Please enter the following information for the members of your team. Note that:

You will NOT be able to submit the form, until you provide at least 4 team members
You HAVE to provide the Primary Role of each team member, and optionally the Secondary Role. We recommend that you indicate the Secondary Role
The roles you specify now may not exactly coincide with your actual role on the team, once the semester is over
However, we need the Primary Role information, when we are trying to "complete" the teams: e.g., if a team consists now of only 4 members, and we want to try to find someone who would join the team

Please select 4 projects your team would like to work on, by order of preference. Note that:

Please select at least 3 from the first 18 projects (DIGITAL LIBRARIES)
The remaining projects (CENTER FOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERING) are intended to be as back-up projects
Projects will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis
Therefore, not every team will get its first choice
Complete teams (i.e., 5 members) will have priority over incomplete teams
We may have more than one team work (independently) on the same project
Due to the limited number of projects, you should indicate all four choices, since one or more projects that you indicate may already be taken
If all of your choices are already taken, you will be asked to submit the form a second time, with another set of choices
