Please submit only one form per team: i.e., have only one team member (e.g.,
the team leader) submit the form. If multiple form submittals occur, the
last one will be taken into consideration
You will need to select four possible choices to be able to submit
the form. Please indicate different choices and make sure that all
four choices that you indicate are feasible for your client
(or at least one of your clients) and all your team members. If your
client or one of your team members is not available during the entire week,
please let us know as soon as possible.
At least one one of your choices must be on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
Students who need to present via teleconferencing may only select Slots 5,
10, 15, 16, or 21. But these slots(5, 10, 15, 21) may be selected by
other groups as well.
The scheduling of the ARBs will try to follow a first come, first served
approach, while taking into account many other constraints. Therefore,
we cannot guarantee that you will get your first choice.

Note: There will be a 30 minute debriefing for every team immediately after their ARB where the researchers from the business school would
conduct an interview for project success criteria. For the remote students, the debriefing would be carried out on the same
teleconferencing facility.
