In order to assess the performance of individuals on each project, we are introducing a new mechanism to objectively identify the contributions of each individual on the project's success. This will result in a maximum of 40 points being awarded based on the responsibilities of each person and the grade obtained on that work by the team during LCO and LCA.
Your team will have to prepare a project closure report that tells us exactly who did what and when. We will need to know this at the level of individual top level sections of the LCA package. A suggested format for the report is as follows:
