Background:
L. McCann maintains several websites. One site, Ethnic Studies, has a number of broken links in need of repair. There are few resources available for fixing broken links.

Problem:
Link Checkers, commercial and freeware, find broken links and report redirected links, but do not fix broken links. Build or find a tool that shall help fix broken links.

Evaluation of problem, recommended solution, implementation plan.
