Requirements Reading Report [RR(10)]   LCA Package Subset

Requirements Reading Assignment

Team Leader:  Scope the Quality Assessment work

All teams are REQUIRED (for the grade points) to apply the "Requirements Inspection" preparation techniques, presented in class on 11/17, to inspect Sections 3.2 and 5 of your teams SSRD.  This should be a  Fagan's style Inspection" with the preparation using the reading techniques taught on 11/17, AND all team members should participate!

Inspection operational guidance:  All team members participate:  Moderator and Author should apply both the Use Case & Testing techniques during preparation.  If you have a five person team, all should participate (exceptions permitted WITH APPROVAL only; there will be an alternate individual assignment in this case).  If you do have all five team members participating, it is suggested that two members act as testers: each should go through the entire document, but their "official" responsibility should be split.  This split should made explicitly by the moderator, and documented on the announcement in "PBR SSRD Inspection FormsV1.xls".

As in any Fagan's Inspection, the Moderator is responsible for filling out the Inspection Report forms.

The team leader, working with the LCP author, should see that the "Quality Management" section of the LCP for Inception and Elaboration is updated to reflect the use of the Requirements Reading technique in the LCP.
