The publisher of the Value Based Software Engineering book cannot guarantee delivery of the needed copies before Sept 18, and probably they would be delayed further. Therefore, we have posted drafts of the key VBSE book chapters 1, 2, and 6 needed for the upcoming September 11 homework as EPs - 38, 39, and 40 on the 2006 web site.

We will find substitutes for the other VBSE book chapters on the schedule. My apologies to those of you who have already bought the book. It has some good material in it that I will be happy to discuss with you.

Bookstore just made a rush order of VBSE textbook. Because the book will not arrive bookstore until next week, we will change the course schedule by moving COCOMO II lectures into this week and moving VBSE lectures to next week. And we will post the COCOMO II homework later this week, please make sure you have the COCOMO II textbook before HW1 is assiged.
