Planning and Control Analysis

Below are a set of activities involved in applying the spiral model to the problem of determining the appropriate mix of custom software and commercial-off-the-shelf(COTS) software for an application. Each activity is also characterized by its duration in weeks and the predecessor activities which must be completed so that the activity can start.
